Box Office Opening Hours

9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 10am - 2.30pm Saturday (but opening hours may vary on weekday evenings and performance nights).
We are not open on Bank Holidays.

How to book

You can buy tickets in the following ways

  • Book Online
  • in person at the box office
  • by telephone by calling 01425 612393

We accept cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards. Due to legislative changes we can no longer differentiate between payment methods regarding administration fees for ticket sales. From 1st January 2018 all tickets will be subject to a 50p administration fee whatever the payment method i.e. cash, cheques and debit/credit cards, up to a maximum of £5 per transaction.

The majority of monies earned from the price of a ticket go directly to the promoter or artist rather than the venue. The administration fee helps us cover the cost of providing our service: the cost of IT technology, maintenance and software, website development, telephone systems, staff, communication, financial charges, building maintenance etc.

We are keen to see you at Forest Arts and accessibility in all its forms is very important to us. We have excellent physical access, fully accessible toilet, two disabled parking bays, ramp entrance, automatic doors and an induction loop at the box office and in the theatre. Registered assistance dogs are welcome and we have some signed and audio described performances.

Please do call if you have any queries or particular access/seating requirements and we will try to help.

How to find us

By car

We are situated half way between Christchurch and Lymington on the A337.

From Bournemouth drive towards Lymington on the A337 through Christchurch and Highcliffe, past Fawcetts Field and we are on the junction of Old Milton Road.

From Lymington take the A337 towards Christchurch and Bournemouth. We’re on the right hand side just past New Milton Infant School.

From Lyndhurst (A35) turn left onto the B3058 and head to New Milton. Pass the train station on your right and continue towards the traffic lights at the centre of the town. Turn right at the lights, then left at the mini roundabout into Old Milton Road. We’re at the end of the road on the left just before you get to the A337.

We are half an hour from Bournemouth town centre, 40 minutes from Southampton and 40 minutes from Romsey. Near enough for Winchester, Dorchester, Salisbury and beyond too!

By train

We are a 15 minute walk from the train station where there is also a taxi rank.
