Pay online/by telephone using a credit/debit card, or in person using a credit/debit card, cash or cheque. There is a 50p administration fee per ticket for all non-cash transactions (up to a maximim of £5 per transaction). We will hold your tickets for collection or post them to you (50p postage charge). Please note that once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please note: to avoid disappointment, it is always better to book in advance!


We welcome disabled visitors. There is level access to the theatre, bar, gallery and workshop areas. We can arrange spaces for wheelchair users who wish to come to the theatre independently, and there are free seats available for a companion at seated events. We also have an accessible lavatory.

How to find us

The West End Centre has a free car park for patrons, situated behind the building. Queens Road is a one-way street, access to the car park is via William Farthing Close, left off Queens Road just after Barrack Road merges from the right with Queens Road.

We are a 10 minute walk from Aldershot train station. Local buses stop nearby, (bus numbers 4, 4A, 5 and 5A).
