Following sell-out success last year, Milestones Museum in Basingstoke will launch booking for the museum’s Christmas season on Friday 29 September from 10am.
From a Christmas market to festive trails, meeting reindeer and Father Christmas as well as the historic cobbled streets decorated for classic Christmas and Twixmas periods, Milestones Museum will have something for all this December.
Milestones Christmas Market – Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December, £6.50 per person, under 5s go free (ticket valid for one day entry). Please note that this event is not included with a Milestones annual ticket.

A classic Christmas at Milestones - Tuesday 28 November to Saturday 23 December, included in museum admission, some activities may incur an additional charge.
Our period streets will be decorated for the season and our giant Christmas tree will give a warm, festive welcome. Children can help Father Christmas find his lost reindeer with our special Reindeer Spotter trail around the museum, while the smell of mulled wine and the taste of mince pies will transport adults into the atmosphere of a perfect Christmas! Twixmas tidings at Milestones - Wednesday 27 to Sunday 31 December, included in museum admission, some activities may incur an additional charge.
In the calm after the storm between Christmas and New Year, come to Milestones and enjoy some relaxing time out with the family. Wander our beautifully decorated streets that will transport you to a bygone era - with charming streets adorned with twinkling lights and ornate decorations to boot! Basing House Christmas Fayre - Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November, £3.50 per person, under 5s go free.
If all that wasn’t enough, just down the road at Basing House, also operated by Hampshire Cultural Trust, will be hosting a Christmas Fayre on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November. The majestic Tudor Barn at Basing House will be decorated for a wonderfully festive shopping experience, with dozens of stalls offering locally made crafts, produce and gifting ideas to browse and buy. Please note that Basing House standard admission ticket is not valid for this event.
